4.) My Choice- Graduate and being a Doctor or a Nurse
S- Graduating from High School and then go to College
M- I want to finish college and have a good job
A- I will get there by my parents help and the help of the teacher
R- Be a good student and have good grades
T- Needs to be done by the end of year 2012
